Our services themselves are governed by the proposal, statement of work or contract you sign with us, not by these terms.
We describe our services and partners in good faith, but the website is general information, not advice or an offer. Prices shown are in Omani Rial (OMR), before 5% VAT, and may change. A quote or contract from us sets the actual scope and price. The Solution builder shows an estimate, not a quote.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to break its security, disrupt it, copy it in bulk or send harmful code through it.
The website’s content, design and the Merakify X name, logos and slogan belong to Nexus Integrated Businesses SPC or are used with permission. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Links to other websites, including the Customer Portal and remote support pages, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms.
